Andrew Bentley

Andrew Bentley is a professional engineer with 25+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Prior to McRae, Andy worked in the brewing industry; McRae was initially built upon the extensive brewing experience of a small team. His determination to ensure that every customer is satisfied with the level of service provided by McRae has contributed to the company’s success.

Commercial Manager

Marcus Mielke

Marcus Mielke is the Commercial Manager at McRae. Prior to joining McRae, Marcus spent 17 years with a leading high speed Packaging Machinery OEM, starting as a sales rep and completing his tenure as the Managing Director for the Canadian Operations. Marcus has enjoyed over 20 years as a professional in the food and beverage industries.

Director of Technology and Systems

Phillip Meyer

Phillip Meyer has 17+ years of experience working on automated control systems, specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. Phillip possesses knowledge in project management, designing software, implementing and commissioning new controls packages, and supporting installed systems. He is familiar with writing and executing test plans (FAT, SAT), Installation Qualifications and Operational Qualifications. He has domain knowledge in GAMP, GMP, GDP and 21 CFR Part 11.

Rheal Belanger

Rheal Belanger has over 18 years of experience programming, commissioning and managing automation projects. He mainly serves the Food & Beverage and Brewing industries with McRae, but has extensive experience in several other industries, most notably Material Handling.

Roger Griffiths is a highly experienced operations and engineering project management executive with expertise in delivering global capital investment and program management initiatives in a variety of industries including; food & beverage, brewing, pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical and FMCG. Roger’s pragmatic approach to complex problem solving helps expedite project objectives delivering sound business results and excellent service to McRae’s clients.

Doug Sitter

Doug Sitter initially trained as an Industrial Microbiologist focused on advancements in Biotechnology. Soon after graduating his career path changed to designing, programming and managing industrial processes. After 4 years of in the field practical experience, Doug combined his Biotech background and his automation and management experience to bring leading edge process understanding and automated design to Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies. He enjoys working with his team of dedicated professionals to bring solution to customers that are innovative, cost-effective and on schedule.

Mike Emmerton

Mike Emmerton has over 12 years of experience working on automated-systems projects in the industrial control systems industry. Experience in developing functional specification and test plans, designing software and hardware, implementing and commissioning and overall project management of automated control systems. Hands on coordination and supervision of trades, mentoring of students and employees, conducting training, supporting and servicing installed systems.

Dan Fodor

As an electrician with his inter-provincial seal, Dan has over 25 years of experience working on automated systems projects in the industrial control systems industry. Dan, responsible for all aspects of control system design, installation and start-up, supervises the design-engineering department from control functional specification to final client submission, operations management, proposal preparation, installation and contractor supervision, data collection and analysis, technical support, frequent visits to major customers to discuss future projects and operational improvements.
