McRae has extensive experience servicing the consumer products industry. We have designed and implemented batch and in-line processes for making products such as oil, bleach, fabric softener and deodorant.

We have had excellent results in the control of tolerances for product blending. We understand in-line processes and can design the controls to give the customer maximum yield and quality. Our HMI designs are simple and clean and give the operator excellent visibility and control.

We also have a great deal of experience in design and implementation of processes in the oil blending and packaging industry. We participated in the refresh of an established operation that included: The complete 4L packaging line redesign and build. Facility automation architecture including conversion to ControlLogix platforms and network infrastructure.
