McRae has excellent experience in brewing. We have been servicing the brewing industry at a very high level for many years. We have expertise in the brewing process from batch systems for very large brewers to high speed packaging for bottles and can lines.

We have designed and implemented systems for batch control of yeast and central CIP and have process experts servicing large batch engines for brewhouse, filtration and cellars.
Our brewing process controls team is very strong. We are in-tune with the needs of brewers who are engaged in the effort to automate and improve controls, monitoring and reporting. We have developed leading edge technology that helps brewers automatically determine brewing material efficiencies and calculate energy consumption data. In addition we work with our integration partner ENTEGREAT to deliver high level brewing systems for batch process, MES, scheduling and optimization.
Our project management team has a great deal of experience delivering projects on both the brewing and packaging sides. With our process mechanical partner we can deliver complete solutions.

We also have some of the best material handling programmers and troubleshooters in the industry. Especially for those difficult bottle or can conveying issues including single lane combiners and machine infeeds.
